Iron Frontier

Iron Frontier is a strategy game about patience. You lay out buildings, assign workers, and plan for winter before it arrives. There's no real-time pressure — you can pause and think, which suits a phone perfectly.

The seasons mechanic is the clever part. Crops that thrive in spring fail in autumn, so your layout has to adapt. We lost our first settlement to a harsh winter and learned to stockpile properly the second time around.

Everything runs offline and progress stays on the device. Good for long sessions and short ones alike.
