About
Pocket Offline started as a shared notebook between a few friends who kept recommending games to each other during long commutes. We got tired of app store pages that promise everything and deliver a timer, so we decided to write down what we really thought after playing.,Everything here is tested by hand. Someone on the team installs the game, plays it for at least a few evenings, and only then writes the review. We care a lot about one thing: does it work with the wifi off? If a game nags you to reconnect every two minutes, we say so.,We lean toward games that respect your time and your storage. That means a mix of genres — role-playing adventures, brain teasers, racing, building sims — as long as they run fully offline. We don't chase hype; we chase games that are still fun on the second week.,The site is independent. Nobody pays us to feature a title, and we buy or download the games ourselves like everyone else.
